Fire Station One - 1st Place Design Competition - Portland, Oregon

While at THA Architecture, Steven Simpson served as the lead designer on the Portland Fire Station One design competition. The first place winning entry was designed to occupy a 3/4 block riverfront site in old town Portland. The primary fire house block was situated on NW Naito Parkway Avenue for immediate engine access while a museum component was located on First Avenue.
